How ordering works
A document for every lot, a research-use confirmation on every order, and one page to check out on.
- Documentation
- Every lot sold has a certificate of analysis from a named third-party laboratory showing identity by LC-MS, purity by HPLC and water content. Before your order ships we send you the certificate and the safety data sheet for the exact lot you receive.
- Ordering
- Orders are placed and paid for at checkout, with shipping and payment handled on one page. Card details are entered directly into our payment provider and never touch this site. Every order requires a research-use confirmation, which is recorded with the order.
- No usage guidance
- We do not publish or provide dosing, administration or preparation-for-use information, and we do not host reviews, testimonials or a blog.
- Shipping
- United States only. PO boxes, freight forwarders and restricted postal codes are blocked at checkout.
- All sales final
- Once an order ships there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. A shipment lost in transit or delivered damaged may be replaced at our discretion; claims within 48 hours of delivery.
